We are hiring an experienced Remote WordPress Developer specializing in designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic websites using the WordPress CMS. This role requires expertise in creating custom themes and plugins, optimizing performance, and delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure WordPress solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to specific project requirements.
• This is a remote position.
• Build responsive, highly SEO-friendly WordPress websites.
• Integrate APIs, third-party plugins, and custom functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, security, and compatibility.
• Manage routine website updates, backups, and provide technical support.
• Collaborate effectively with designers and content teams to implement new website features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency across the WordPress stack, including PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience utilizing popular page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi, WPBakery).
• In-depth knowledge of WordPress security best practices.
• Experience with WooCommerce is considered a significant plus.
• Familiarity with version control tools, specifically Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
