We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Senior Full Stack / Front-End Website Developer to maintain, optimize, and enhance our marketing websites while driving measurable growth in lead generation performance.
Position Overview:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will primarily focus on front-end development (approximately 70%) for Inquirly’s lead generation websites and applications, while also contributing to backend services and overall system architecture. You will design and build high-performance user experiences, improve platform scalability, and launch innovative features that directly impact user engagement and revenue growth.
This is a high-impact role requiring strong technical ownership, exceptional attention to detail, and close collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless, conversion-focused digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy scalable front-end applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to deliver high-quality UI/UX design
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Contribute to front-end architecture decisions and continuously improve code quality and performance
- Participate in UI/UX discussions and advocate for best design practices
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to drive data-informed improvements
- Maintain clear documentation for front-end systems and components
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2+ years of professional experience focused on front-end website development and user interface implementation
- Proficiency in Wordpress, PHP, CSS, Python, SQL
- Experience integrating and working with RESTful APIs
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and best practices
- Excellent project management, written, and verbal communication skills
