Web Developer & IT Systems Specialist (Hybrid Role)
We are seeking a multi-talented professional who is equally comfortable building modern websites as they are managing cloud hosting, supporting internal systems, and securing IT infrastructure. If you are a hybrid web developer with strong technical operations experience, this is a unique opportunity to work across multiple departments to keep our digital ecosystem running smoothly and securely.
Key Responsibilities
Web & Application Development
- Build, maintain, and optimize websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
- Integrate third-party tools and services via RESTful APIs (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp).
- Create workflow automations using tools such as Zapier, Make.com, or n8n.
- Utilize Git for version control, deployment, and collaboration.
General IT Support & Systems Administration
- Provide Windows and macOS desktop support, including troubleshooting Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall issues.
- Administer Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Admin Console).
- Manage endpoints using MDM solutions like Jamf, Intune, or similar tools.
- Support hardware including printers, VoIP phones, and workstations.
Cloud & Hosting Infrastructure Management
- Manage cloud hosting environments using AWS, Google Cloud, or DigitalOcean.
- Handle Linux server administration (Ubuntu, CentOS) and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Manage domain and DNS settings using GoDaddy, Cloudflare, or other providers.
- Oversee SSL certificate installation, renewal, and backup/disaster recovery strategies.
CRM & Marketing Platform Support
- Administer Salesforce, including API integrations and user setup.
- Create and optimize Mailchimp campaigns, automations, and segmented lists.
- Configure and monitor VoIP systems such as CallRail, Dialpad, and Grasshopper.
- Set up and monitor lead tracking (UTM, call tracking, etc.).
Analytics & SEO Tagging
- Implement tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Configure Google Search Console and conversion tracking (Google Ads, Meta Pixel, CallRail, etc.).
- Ensure cookie compliance using GDPR tools and Consent Mode.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Deploy and manage endpoint protection and antivirus tools.
- Set up and enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), access control policies, and email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Ensure security policies align with SOC 2 or HIPAA standards where applicable.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience across web development and IT support.
- Strong understanding of cloud environments, DNS, and server-side administration.
- Familiarity with CRM process mapping and AI integrations (e.g., OpenAI API).
- Working knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash) and SQL reporting.
- Advanced level of English.
