Our Marketing team covers 360º communication with over 100 people. We manage a massive in-house automation engine, driving over 31M+ monthly traffic to all our brands.

As a PPC Specialist, you will join our PPC team, working with a large, established customer base where decisions are data-driven. You will design and test ideas through A/B experiments, scale successful strategies, and automate them with support from our dedicated PHP development team. We empower you to explore bold approaches within your scope, backed by strong budgets and direct support from both Google and Microsoft. What you'll be working on:

  • Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns end-to-end, including keyword generation and campaign setup.
  • Own budget performance and conversion costs (CPA/CAC), with full responsibility for efficiency and scaling.
  • Build and execute A/B testing plans, generate and validate hypotheses, and run continuous experiments.
  • Monitor and analyze key funnel metrics (traffic, conversions, CPA/CAC), identifying growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct regular reporting and deep-dive analysis to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Managers, Developers, Designers, and Copywriters to create and improve ad assets.
  • Communicate with external partners (Google, Microsoft) and internal stakeholders (e.g., Product/Brand Managers) to align on strategy and performance.

What we expect from you:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and 2+ years with Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads).
  • Strong experience in top English-speaking markets (US, Canada, UK, Australia).
  • Solid understanding of PPC in US and Western European markets.
  • Proven experience managing large budgets ($100K+ monthly).
  • Proficiency with Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Ads Editor.
  • Strong knowledge of measurement, attribution, and conversion tracking (including GA4).
  • Solid understanding of B2B and B2C marketing models and funnels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and optimization gaps based on data.
  • Ownership mindset, with the ability to independently manage and scale performance.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English level (written and spoken).
