Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PHP Software Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for the conception, development, and maintenance of innovative web applications and interfaces. You will engage in exciting projects that integrate modern technologies and agile methodologies to deliver sustainable solutions for our clients. Your expertise will be crucial in continuously enhancing and future-proofing our software products.

Tasks

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP with modern frameworks like Symfony or Laravel.
• Implement and optimize databases with SQL, specifically Microsoft SQL Server.
• Integrate frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate on the planning and implementation of software projects within the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Work in interdisciplinary teams using agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Create and maintain API interfaces using GraphQL or RESTful Services.
• Ensure code quality through versioning tools like SVN or Jenkins, and through code reviews.
• Document development processes and results according to project requirements.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in computer science, software development, or a comparable qualification.
• Profound knowledge in PHP and experience with frameworks such as Symfony, Laravel, or Zend Framework.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server, and experience with SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks like Angular or React.
• Knowledge of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming), web design, and SEO is advantageous.
• Experience with agile development methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Familiarity with development environments like Visual Studio or other IDEs, and with version control systems such as SVN or Git (e.g., Jenkins).
• Knowledge of other technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or ASP.NET Core is optional but desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and a structured approach to work.

Salary: €44,955.44 - €76,500.27 per year
