As a PHP Developer, you will work on some of the world's most visited websites, handling big data and pushing technological limits alongside talented developers.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Architect, develop, and maintain microservices, APIs, and applications using PHP and the Symfony framework.
• Leverage diverse backend technologies to exploit real-time pipelining of large, secured data.
• Manage caches, messaging queues, databases, and various internal and third-party systems.
• Foster team growth by interacting with, leading, and training junior and intermediate teammates.
• Take ownership of components and domain knowledge; guide peers through pull requests and code reviews; and propagate team development culture, processes, and shared values.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of related professional experience as a Backend Software Developer.
• Excellent knowledge of a web language (e.g., PHP, Java Web, Python, GO).
• Strong understanding of computational and data complexity, scalability, and security.
• Proficiency in applicable design patterns and algorithms.
• Ability to architect, build, and own efficient applications and components.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is an asset.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with PHP alongside frameworks (Lumen, Yii, Laravel, Symfony, etc.).
• Experience with Docker, ELK, RabbitMQ, Redis, and GitLabCI.
• Deep knowledge of database technologies for scaling high-volume websites (Redis, Memcached).
• Experience managing large-scale websites receiving millions of visits daily.
