Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to contribute to the development, maintenance, and evolution of digital platforms. This role is crucial for modernizing architecture, building integrations with healthcare systems, and developing secure, scalable solutions that adhere to industry security and compliance standards.
Responsibilities and Attributions:
- Develop and maintain integrations via APIs, Webhooks, REST, and GraphQL between platforms and healthcare systems.
- Build and evolve middleware and backend applications to connect various systems and business flows.
- Develop internal interfaces and portals for process administration and configuration.
- Actively integrate and synchronize data between EMR/EHR systems, patient portals, and health communication services.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain web applications using React.js, WordPress, and PHP.
- Optimize websites and applications for performance, loading speed, and mobile experience.
- Support integrations with e-commerce, payment, and marketing automation platforms.
- Lead initiatives related to security, compliance, and patient data protection, adhering to HIPAA requirements.
- Support data pipelines and integrations with tools like Segment and BigQuery.
- Participate in development cycles, QA, releases, and application maintenance.
- Identify and correct vulnerabilities, perform key and certificate rotation, and contribute to endpoint security.
Skills You Need to Have:
- Professional experience with Full Stack development.
- Fluent English.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with WordPress, PHP, custom themes, and plugins.
- Experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express or NestJS.
- Solid knowledge in developing and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with Webhooks and asynchronous integrations.
- Knowledge of SQL and databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Experience with AWS, especially EC2, S3, and Lambda.
- Knowledge of Git, unit tests, linters, documentation, and good development practices.
- Knowledge of application security and management of secrets and tokens.
Skills That Will Make You Stand Out:
- Experience with EMR system integrations, especially Athenahealth.
- Knowledge of platforms like Boulevard, SureScripts, Freshpaint, Braze, Stripe Connect, Segment, and Calendly.
- Experience with privacy and tracking solutions in HIPAA environments.
- Knowledge of BigQuery and Snowflake.
- Experience with SvelteKit.
- Knowledge of AWS architecture, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and consumer-oriented data structures.
