Quick Summary

Role and Responsibilities
- Contribute to feature development of MySPGPortal and other internal applications
- Contribute to the design and development of feature requests
- Troubleshoot bugs that arise both in production and testing
- Work with internal teams to help support their use of web applications
- Document application use and design
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or relevant experience
- 1-2 years of web development experience.
- Experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiar with Agentic AI and AI prompting for code generation
- Solid understanding of interacting with REST APIs
- Basic knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of MSP IT services (networking, circuits, helpdesk, etc.) and how they are utilized by consumers
- Experience with CI/CD, along with unit testing
- Basic experience using git and GitHub
- Comfort with Linux shell, Ubuntu/Centos or others
