Senior System Development Analyst (ERP Focus)

Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a Senior System Development Analyst. If you possess expertise and practical experience with Senior ERP/HCM systems, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integration routines using Python, PHP, and JavaScript.
• Execute tests, perform validations, and support the approval of deliverables with various business units.
• Document system flows, data contracts, and implemented changes.
• Apply practical experience with Senior (ERP/HCM) integration and Git version control.
• Utilize SQL and database knowledge for queries and data validation.
• Manage API consumption and exposure, with an understanding of messaging and queues.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate clear communication skills with business areas, translating user needs (HR, fiscal, operations) into effective solutions and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills and methodical approaches, documenting all processes, parameterizations, and integrations.
• Possess autonomy and proactivity, anticipating potential issues and independently seeking solutions.
• Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to investigate root causes rather than just addressing symptoms.
• Commit to continuous learning and adaptability.
• Foster collaboration within the team.
• Maintain resilience under pressure.

MANDATORY: Extensive experience with Senior ERP systems is required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: R$3,700.00 - R$3,800.00 per month
