Junior Full Stack Developer (SEO, SEM, Web Design Experience Preferred)

Job Overview

Digi Solutions is a Maryland-based digital marketing agency looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and real-world experience building websites and digital projects.

This role is designed for someone earlier in their professional career — not entry-level — who already has hands-on development experience, client exposure, and a portfolio of completed work they can confidently showcase.

We’re looking for someone who can execute efficiently, communicate clearly with leadership, adapt quickly, and contribute within a fast-paced agency environment focused on growth, performance, and AI-forward innovation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain websites, landing pages, and web applications
• Support front-end and back-end development tasks
• Implement website updates, integrations, and optimizations
• Assist with SEO improvements and website performance optimization
• Support SEM/PPC landing page implementation and tracking
• Troubleshoot bugs, hosting issues, and deployment tasks
• Work closely with leadership and internal strategy teams
• Communicate project progress, updates, and blockers consistently
• Stay current with evolving AI tools, automation, and development trends

Qualifications Required:

• Professional experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with WordPress or CMS platforms
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Next.js
• Understanding of responsive/mobile-first web design
• Portfolio of completed websites or development projects
• Experience working on client-facing projects
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred:

• Experience with Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar back-end technologies
• SEO and website optimization knowledge
• SEM/PPC landing page experience
• UI/UX or web design experience
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation workflows
• Previous agency experience
