About the Role
Our Sales team drives customer growth globally, owning market segments from prospecting to acquisition and activation. They solve complex problems and help customers discover Revolut's value with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.
We are hiring an Integration Specialist to oversee integrations and APIs. This role involves recommending features that enhance customer experience and creating technical content to guide customers on implementing specific use cases for maximum value.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Understanding merchant requirements and communicating how Revolut can solve their business and technical challenges.
- Planning and executing end-to-end integration engineering, from high-level architecture down to code implementation, alongside our customers.
- Serving as the primary, ongoing technical point of contact for our customers, partners, and Sales team members.
What You'll Need
- 1+ years of experience as an Integration Engineer, Implementation Agent, or Tech Support Agent in a payment provider (such as Stripe, Mollie, Braintree, Paypal, Checkout).
- 1+ years of experience in customer relations/support or sales.
- A relevant university degree.
- Knowledge of PHP, Javascript, and/or Python.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a startup.
- Experience partnering with product teams.
Compensation Range
- Krakow: PLN9,300 - PLN12,400 gross monthly*
- Poland: PLN9,300 - PLN12,400 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
