Integration and Technical Support Specialist - Payments

Join CSG as an Integration and Technical Support Specialist and provide superior technical and customer service support to external customers (Merchants, Resellers, ISO’s) and internal teams. This role is crucial for troubleshooting issues encountered during development, testing, and production, offering coding and integration support solutions, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior technical support to external and internal customers.
  • Follow quality standards and adhere to SLAs for email, trouble tickets, and follow-up.
  • Create, document, and complete trouble tickets within defined metrics.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of CSG Forte products and services.
  • Assist merchants in troubleshooting development, testing, and production issues.
  • Perform problem analysis and recommend/implement solutions.
  • Participate in calls, webinars, and projects for customers, assisting with integration questions.
  • Provide coding and integration support solutions.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, tickets, and faxes related to equipment/software troubleshooting, processing questions, password resets, transaction inquiries, and system configuration.
  • Research, diagnose, and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding issue discovery, progress, and resolution.
  • Escalate tickets to the product development team for bugs and feature requests.
  • Assist and train customers on Forte’s products.
  • Handle after-hours calls on a rotating basis.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of Technical Support experience in a software environment.
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of PERL, SQL, PHP, ASP, .NET, C, C#, Python, Javascript, or Rest API.
  • High level of knowledge related to computers, hardware, and software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Operations Manager or MS-SQL.
  • General knowledge of database administration and system analysis procedures.
  • Ability to work shifts between 7:00 am - 7:00 pm Central Time.
  • Ability to work rotating on-call support.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English in a business environment.

Position Pay Range: $59,034.83 - $94,454.89. This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
