Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end process of reinstating Google Business Profiles, including identifying issues, diagnosing root causes, and executing recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that address profile suspensions caused by policy violations, technical errors, or security concerns.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Google's evolving policies, algorithms, and best practices related to business profile management.
- Develop and implement scalable workflows for efficient profile review, reinstatement, and ongoing optimization.
- Communicate proactively with clients to explain reinstatement procedures, set expectations, and provide guidance on maintaining compliant profiles.
- Utilize advanced technical skills to troubleshoot issues involving DNS configurations, API integrations, or platform-specific settings affecting profile status.
- Monitor industry trends in AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, and cloud computing to enhance reinstatement strategies and ensure compliance with data security standards such as PCI and NIST.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in digital reputation management, online business listings, or related fields with a focus on Google My Business or similar platforms.
- Strong technical background with familiarity in cloud computing (AWS/Azure), networking (VPN, DNS), databases (SQL/Oracle/MongoDB), and system administration (Linux/Windows).
- Expertise in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, PHP, Java, C#, React, Node.js, Angular, and CSS for troubleshooting and process automation.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols including firewall management, network security (MPLS/VPN), and IT governance standards.
- Experience working within Agile environments utilizing SDLC methodologies for project management and change management processes.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets using tools like Microsoft Excel or data warehouses for strategic decision-making.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-disciplinary teams and collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP systems, Help Desk platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, VMware vSphere, SAN storage solutions, and virtualization technologies.

Pay: $58,945.53 - $70,988.17 per year
