Job Summary: Senior Fullstack Developer (AI Driven Development)
We are seeking a Senior Developer to maintain and evolve applications, integrating corporate systems, intelligent automation, and AI-assisted workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop end-to-end web application evolutions.
- Integrate corporate systems (SAP, CRMs, data platforms, external APIs).
- Participate in microservices architectures.
- Implement AI-assisted workflows and intelligent automation solutions.
- Define APIs and contracts between systems.
- Ensure quality, testing, and observability for all solutions.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders with support from the Transformation Lead team.
- Document architecture and technical decisions (ADR).
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Understands complex systems and platform dependencies.
- Thinks architecturally, beyond just writing code.
- Is capable of providing technical leadership without requiring formal hierarchy.
- Questions existing solutions and proactively proposes improvements.
Technical Requirements
Backend Development
- PHP (Laravel) or equivalent frameworks.
- FastAPI and Python or equivalent frameworks.
- Proficiency in designing REST APIs and decoupled architectures.
- Experience with corporate systems integration.
Frontend Development
- Modern JavaScript and TypeScript expertise.
- Experience with Next.js, React, Vue, or equivalent frameworks.
- Knowledge of SSR / hybrid rendering and performance optimization.
- Ability to build scalable frontend architectures and develop business-oriented interfaces.
- Experience with design systems or component libraries (valued).
Data & Integration
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Experience integrating with ERPs or other enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with queues, asynchronous jobs, or event-driven architectures.
Dev & Quality
- Proficiency with Git, testing methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of security best practices.
Applied AI (Valued)
- Experience with automation assisted by Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Knowledge of orchestrating intelligent workflows.
- Familiarity with tools like Cursor, Claude, or similar AI platforms.
Highly Valued Skills
- Experience in enterprise environments.
- Preferable knowledge in Python (4/5) over PHP (2/5).
- SAP or other ERP integrations.
- Event-oriented architecture.
- Observability and monitoring expertise.
- DevOps mindset.
