We seek an experienced Full Stack Web Developer with 8+ years of development experience, demonstrating strong proficiency in JavaScript (React.js) and Python (Fast API). Knowledge of XML/HTML/CSS/PHP/MySQL is a plus.

This role offers a permanent work-from-home setup. It includes mandatory overlap hours with U.S. time zones, which translate to 7:30 PM to 1:00 AM IST.

Requirements

• Backend Development: Build and maintain backend systems using Python (Fast API), PHP, and MySQL.
• Frontend Development: Create responsive and scalable UIs using JavaScript (React.js), HTML, XML, and CSS.
• Database Management: Utilize MySQL for data handling and storage.
• API Development: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
• CRM Integration: Customize and implement CRM solutions to align with business needs.
• Website & Hosting Management: Manage and maintain websites and blogs (including WordPress), ensuring seamless performance.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Work with stakeholders to refine requirements and maintain clear documentation.
• Testing & Optimization: Ensure cross-browser compatibility, perform optimizations, and enhance website performance.

Experience with WordPress, basic SEO, and server management (Linux) is advantageous but not mandatory.

Most Important Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Understanding of Software Architecture and System Design.
• Experience working on Agentic AI applications.
• Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Strong proficiency and experience in React.js, with good working knowledge and understanding of Python (Fast API).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Minimum 8+ years of development experience.
• Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).
• Experience in CRM integration and custom development.
• Flexibility to work during U.S. time zone overlap hours (7:30 PM IST to 1:00 AM IST).
• Immediate availability for joining.
