We’re looking for a hands-on Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable systems across our digital ecosystem. This role blends strategic thinking with deep technical expertise to support our growth. AWS infrastructure, HubSpot, full-stack development, and internal tooling expertise are essential for success in this role.

Duties

• Architect and manage AWS infrastructure for secure, high-performance applications
• Build and optimize HubSpot workflows for marketing, sales, and customer service automation
• HubSpot - Build integrations, automations, custom reports, and more
• Lead full-stack development projects across WordPress and custom platforms
• Design and implement an internal company intranet and client-facing dashboards
• Integrate third-party tools like Zapier, QuickBooks Online, and Method CRM
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery
• Document architecture and present solutions to stakeholders

Skills

• Proven experience with AWS setup, management, and optimization
• Hands-on expertise with HubSpot workflows and automation
• HubSpot Developer certification
• HubSpot HubL templating language
• CRM data structures
• Rest APIs
• Full-stack development skills including but not limited to: WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python
• Experience designing and building internal intranet systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks Online integrations
• Familiarity with Zapier for workflow automation
• Experience with Method CRM or similar platforms
• Knowledge of building and maintaining internal wikis
• Experience developing internal client dashboards and reporting tools
