Full Stack Developer Opportunity: Internal Platform Team
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our Internal Platform Team. This role provides the chance to build and ship real features within a high-volume, production environment while contributing to the modernization of a well-established platform. You will collaborate with experienced engineers to deliver scalable, reliable code that directly supports core business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain key features and services.
- Develop scalable, resilient backend components and intuitive frontend interfaces.
- Collaborate with peers across Product, Sales, Finance, and Vendor Management to deliver business-aligned solutions.
- Contribute to the design of event-driven, queue-based systems focused on reliability and fault tolerance.
- Write maintainable, testable code and participate in reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of platform services.
- Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years experience designing, building, and maintaining features across backend (PHP, Python, or Go) and frontend (React) with a 50/50 focus.
- Proven experience building highly scalable, concurrent systems.
- Familiarity with Azure (preferred) or other cloud platforms, including serverless orchestration.
- Solid understanding of authentication/security standards (OAuth 2.0, mTLS, secrets management).
