The Challenge
Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance software applications that meet business requirements and industry standards. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, solving technical challenges, advocating for continuous improvements, and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement secure, tested, and high-performance software features and enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, UX, and other stakeholders to maintain high quality standards in a dynamic development environment.
- Stay informed of new technologies and trends, integrating them into the development process to improve software functionality and security.
- Champion and enforce best practices in code quality, maintenance, security, and performance through rigorous code reviews.
- Analyze complex data to provide actionable insights that inform product development and optimization.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's or engineering degree in technology, computer science, or a related field (completed and professional degree/license required).
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience in product/service development within the banking, financial, and investment sector.
Technical Skills
- Solid domain knowledge of AWS services, including AWS Fargate, Lambda, ElastiCache, RDS, SNS, SQS, Aurora, DynamoDB, S3, and Terraform.
- Proficiency in web development using Node.js, JAVA, and React.js.
- Proficiency in Back-end services development using Python.
- Programming Languages: Python, Node.js, React.js, PHP, JAVA.
