The IT Department oversees e.Republic’s brand websites, SaaS applications, and market systems. As a Full Stack Developer, you will collaborate with the broader IT and Innovation team to build code supporting these critical systems for both internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Duties

• Develop Full-Stack Websites and Products: Build and deploy fully functional digital products, covering both front-end and back-end development. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Maintain Enterprise Business Websites: Design, implement, update, and manage business websites across various platforms, including custom in-house CMS, BrightSpot, and Salesforce. Ensure websites are modern, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Technical Documentation: Draft and maintain clear, developer-friendly documentation detailing code structures, APIs, workflows, and troubleshooting steps to support easy handoffs and collaborative teamwork.
• Version Control Management: Utilize GitHub to regularly manage code changes, follow best practices for version control, create pull requests, review code, and maintain organized repositories.
• Internal Customer Support: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve website bugs for internal stakeholders, communicating solutions clearly and closing support tickets promptly.
• Collaboration and Learning: Support and learn from senior developers, participating in peer programming, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance technical skills.
• Agile Adaptability: Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, tackle urgent updates, experiment with new tools, and contribute to multiple IT and Innovation projects as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with custom PHP full-stack web development.
• Experience with Laravel and Vue preferred, or relevant experience with other modern PHP and JavaScript frameworks accepted.
• Proficiency with PHP, SQL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and MVC framework.
• Comfortable working in Linux environments.
• Experience with Docker and Docker Compose is a plus.
• Must be able to work within team coding standards and enjoy collaborative project work.
• Reliable Internet access is required for the work environment.

Compensation Details

Pay Range: $3958 - $4,375 per pay period (paid twice a month).
