Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer on a freelance basis for long-term, project-based collaboration. This is a 100% remote position, involving diverse IT projects across software development, web applications, e-commerce, system interfaces, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI).
We are looking for a developer capable of independently implementing technical tasks, developing creative solutions, and flexibly adapting to various project requirements.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance modern web applications, custom software solutions, and backend systems.
- Program and integrate REST APIs, webhooks, and external interfaces.
- Connect databases, ERP, CRM, and e-commerce systems.
- Implement individual customer requirements.
- Analyze, optimize, and maintain existing software solutions.
- Provide technical assessment of projects regarding feasibility and development effort.
- Perform error analysis, testing, and quality assurance.
- Document developed applications and technical processes.
- Depending on the project, develop automations, AI integrations, and intelligent workflows.
Your Profile
- At least 2 years of practical experience in software development.
- Proficiency in at least one backend technology such as Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, or C#/.NET.
- Experience with frontend technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of SQL databases, REST APIs, and Git.
- Proven experience in independently implementing software projects.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and develop suitable solutions.
- Independent, structured, and reliable work ethic.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce systems such as Shopware, Shopify, or WooCommerce.
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM integrations.
- Experience with Linux, Docker, cloud hosting, and server administration.
- Proficiency in workflow automation tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Experience with AI-powered development tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI-assisted software development.
- Experience with AI APIs, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and AI integrations.
- Experience in technical project planning and effort estimation.
You do not need to master all listed technologies. Your practical skills, technical understanding, and willingness to independently learn new technologies are paramount.
