We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on Backend development to join our IT team. This role involves collaborating with our support team to manage and implement our innovative proprietary platform, operating in a hybrid work model (partial smart working).
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive the architectural evolution of our platform (Laravel 10/11, PHP 8.x), focusing on module, service, and API design (REST/GraphQL), refactoring, scalability, and resilience.
- Implement robust integrations with internal and external systems (payments, CRM/ERP, identity/SSO, third-party services), including synchronization pipelines and code/queue solutions (Redis).
- Ensure high code quality & governance by defining standards (linting, code style), conducting code reviews, implementing coverage testing (PHPUnit/Pest), and upholding security (OWASP Top 10).
- Optimize performance & observability through MySQL tuning, caching, profiling, centralized logging, metrics, and alerting.
- Manage Release Management & DevOps processes, including CI/CD (GitHub/GitLab), Docker/Containers, Nginx, environment provisioning, and SSL/TLS certificate and DNS management.
- Take ownership in production environments, performing incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and developing remediation and regression prevention plans.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration, gathering requirements from stakeholders, estimating effort, breaking down tasks, coordinating with the development team, and contributing to the roadmap.
- Provide mentoring to junior/mid developers through coaching, pair programming, and sharing best practices.
Essential Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel in production environments.
- Solid expertise in MySQL, including modeling, optimized queries, indexes, and migrations.
- Proficiency in GIT (branching strategy), CI/CD, and environment management with Docker; strong familiarity with Linux and Nginx.
- Experience in designing and consuming APIs (REST/GraphQL), implementing authentication (OAuth2/OIDC), and managing SSL/TLS and DNS.
- Knowledge of Vue.js (preferably Vue 3 + TypeScript) for front-end application development.
- Understanding of application security (OWASP), secret management, and least privilege principles.
- English B2+ proficiency.
- Excellent communication, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with code/queue (Redis), scheduled jobs, and WebSockets/Realtime.
- Knowledge of advanced testing (contract/e2e), Domain-Driven Design, and modern architectural patterns.
- Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proficiency in Python for automation/ETL and operational scripting.
- Experience with hardening and best practices for containerized environments and reverse proxies.
