Position Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in both frontend and backend development, with strong experience in ERP (Odoo) customization and integration. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performance-oriented applications that align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic websites and web applications.
• Customize, integrate, and deploy ERP modules (Odoo) as per project scope.
• Collaborate with the UI/UX design and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services across web and ERP platforms.
• Optimize code for speed, scalability, and security.
• Manage hosting, domain configuration, and deployment workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong expertise in Frontend & Backend technologies.
• Proven experience in ERP systems (Odoo) including module customization and integration.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Technical Skills

• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js
• Backend: Node.js, Python, PHP, Laravel
• Database: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL
• ERP: Odoo (Customization, Deployment, Module Integration)
• CMS: WordPress (Development & Customization)
• Version Control: Git / GitHub
• Hosting Platforms: Hostinger, AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with RESTful API integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructures (AWS / Azure).
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
