Remote Full Stack Developer (Python/Django)

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer specializing in Python and Django to join our remote team. This role requires strong technical expertise in scalable solutions, modern development practices, and agile environments.

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Informatics, or a related field.
• Age 22 to 35 years.
• Gender neutral.

Key Technical Expertise (5+ Years Experience Desired)

Candidates should demonstrate practical experience in:

• Python and Django development (5+ years desired).
• Architectural patterns: MVC (Model-View-Controller) & MVP (Model-View-Presenter).
• Front-end technologies: JavaScript (AJAX, jQuery, Node.js, npm), React Native, HTML5, CSS (Bootstrap).
• Back-end technologies: PHP, Java / Java Runtime (JRE), Apache Server.
• Database management: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, SQLite, Oracle Database).
• Frameworks: Angular.
• Version Control: Git (GitLab, GitHub).
• Web Services and REST API development.
• Cloud and Microservices architecture experience.
• Advanced algorithms and data structures knowledge.
• Linux Operating System knowledge.

Software Engineering Excellence

• Strong understanding of best practices, SOLID principles, CLEAN Code, and scalable solutions.
• Knowledge of design patterns.
• Experience developing complete applications from scratch.
• Expertise in automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, integration testing, and code coverage.
• Strong experience with version control systems.

Agile & Product Experience

• Intermediate proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in website, database, and client/server development.
• Product management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and workflows simultaneously.
• Ability to develop according to defined specifications and standard templates.

Compensation & Benefits
