WE PREFER YOU HAVE:

• Experience with HTML / CSS (PHP / MySQL preferred).
• Online marketing experience (SEO / Google Ads preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills, ideally with complex project management experience.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong presence and ability to communicate with authority.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Apps (preferred).
• Ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
• A self-motivated, professional, and positive approach.
• Ability to clearly explain technical information and our development process to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
• Passion for building a startup.
• Reliable transportation (if working in-house).
• A reliable remote workstation (fast computer, microphone, speakers, reliable internet, and power).

YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:

Your primary responsibility involves learning the role of a Digital Producer and executing production work for clients, including:

• Ongoing management of SEO and design/development accounts.
• Assisting in developing and reviewing project scopes, including cost estimates, while considering financial, resource, technological constraints, business impacts, and risks.
• Attending client meetings and participating in kick-off calls with new clients.
• Serving as the creative liaison between the client and the development team.
• Clarifying and communicating project objectives and success criteria to the team.
• Reviewing team deliverables before client submission.
• Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and properly stored.
• Maintaining awareness of industry trends shaping client solutions.
• Upselling accounts by recommending website design and online marketing strategies to current clients.
• Closing out projects and managing final payment collection.

Compensation Details: Starting base pay for this position in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado ranges between $15 - $25 per hour. Compensation outside these states may vary. Final compensation depends on factors including experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and seniority of the position offered.
