Digital Producer Training Program Duties & Responsibilities
The primary focus is learning the role of a Digital Producer and executing production work for clients. Key tasks include:
- Managing ongoing SEO accounts and design/development projects.
- Assisting in and reviewing project scope development, including cost estimates, while considering financial, resource, technological constraints, business impacts, and risks.
- Attending necessary client meetings and participating in kick-off calls with new clients.
- Serving as the creative liaison between the client and the internal team.
- Communicating and clarifying project objectives and success criteria to the team.
- Reviewing team deliverables prior to client submission.
- Ensuring all project documents are complete, current, and properly stored.
- Monitoring the current industry environment to identify opportunities for client solutions.
- Upselling accounts by recommending website design and online marketing strategies to existing clients.
- Managing project closeout procedures and final payment collection.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with HTML / CSS (PHP / MySQL experience preferred).
- Online marketing experience (SEO / Google Ads preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills, particularly in complex project management.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Ability to communicate with authority, demonstrating a strong presence and command of voice.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Apps (preferred).
- Capacity to multitask effectively and perform well under pressure.
- Self-motivated, professional, and positive attitude.
- Skill in translating technical development processes and information for non-technical audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.

Compensation Details
For candidates located in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, the starting base pay for this position ranges between $15 - $25 per hour. Compensation is variable and may be determined by factors such as experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and the seniority of the position offered. Compensation outside of California, New York, Washington, and Colorado may fall outside of these specified ranges.
