WE PREFER YOU HAVE: Qualifications for Digital Production
- Experience with HTML / CSS (PHP / MySQL preferred).
- Online marketing experience (SEO / Google Ads preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills with experience in complex project management.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong presence, command of voice, and ability to speak with authority.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Apps (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.
- A self-motivated, professional, and positive approach.
- Ability to explain development processes and technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent writing and speaking ability.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
- Passion for building a startup.

YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS: Digital Producer Training & Responsibilities
Your primary duty involves learning how to become a Digital Producer and executing actual client production work, including:
- Ongoing management of SEO and design/development accounts.
- Assisting with and reviewing the development of project scopes, including cost estimates, while considering financial, resource, technological constraints, business impacts, and risks.
- Attending client meetings and participating in kick-off calls with new clients.
- Acting as a creative liaison between the client and the team.
- Clarifying and communicating project objectives and success criteria to the team.
- Reviewing team deliverables before client submission.
- Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Maintaining awareness of the current industry environment shaping client solutions.
- Upselling accounts by recommending website design and online marketing strategies to current clients.
- Closing out projects and collecting final payment.

Compensation Disclosure: Starting base pay for this position in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado ranges between $15 - $25 per hour. Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and seniority. Pay outside these states may fall outside the specified range.
