YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Sufficient knowledge to pass a skills test in either web development or online marketing (SEO or PPC).
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent command of your voice, a strong professional presence, and the ability to speak with authority.
• Exceptional communication skills for a client-facing role.
• Experience presenting professional materials to clients in on-camera meetings.
• Experience with project management or account management for multiple clients.
• A solid understanding of project management methodology, including identifying and resolving issues, managing risk, developing detailed work plans and specifications, performing resource allocations, and leading team meetings.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Basecamp, JIRA, Asana, or Hubspot.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high organization and attention to detail.
• A solid understanding of web design standards, usability, and rich media.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Big Commerce, and Magento (preferred).
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS (preferred).
• Proficiency in JavaScript & PHP (preferred).
• Proficiency with photo and video editing software (preferred).
• Proficiency in SEO and Google Ads (preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
• A passion for building a startup.
• A reliable remote workstation with a fast computer, microphone and speakers, reliable internet, and power.

YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:

As a Digital Producer, you will be responsible for the ongoing management of SEO and design/development accounts, including:

• Assisting with and reviewing the development of project scopes, considering financial, resource, and technological constraints, including cost estimates with business impact and risk analysis.
• Attending regular client meetings (as required) and participating in kick-off calls/specialty calls with new clients.
• Organizing internal strategy meetings to discuss client campaign strategies with the team.
• Acting as a creative liaison between the client and the team.
• Responding promptly and reliably to client communication within 2 hours.
• Clarifying and communicating project objectives and success criteria to the team.
• Reviewing deliverables prepared by the team before client submission.
• Ensuring all project deliverables are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
• Keeping project management software and tasks up to date.
• Maintaining awareness of the current industry environment to identify opportunities for client solutions.
• Upselling accounts by recommending website design enhancements and additional online marketing strategies to current clients.
• Closing out projects and collecting final payments.

For California, New York, Washington, and Colorado residents, the starting base pay for this position ranges between $17 - $35 per hour. Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and the seniority of the position offered. Compensation outside these states may fall outside the specified ranges.
