YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Proven knowledge in either web development or online marketing (SEO or PPC), demonstrated by passing a skills test.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent command of communication, a strong professional presence, and the ability to speak with authority.
• Exceptional communication skills for client-facing roles.
• Experience presenting professional materials to clients in on-camera meetings.
• Experience in project management or account management for multiple clients.
• Solid understanding of project management methodology, including issue identification and resolution, risk management, detailed work plan development, resource allocation, and team meeting facilitation.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Basecamp, JIRA, Asana, or Hubspot.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high organization and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of web design standards, usability, and rich media.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Big Commerce, and Magento (preferred).
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS (preferred).
• Proficiency in JavaScript & PHP (preferred).
• Proficiency with photo and video editing software (preferred).
• Proficiency in SEO and Google Ads (preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
• Passion for building a startup.
• A reliable remote workstation including a fast computer, microphone, speakers, reliable internet, and power.

YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:

As a Digital Producer, you will be responsible for the ongoing management of SEO and design/development accounts, including:

• Assisting with and reviewing the development of project scopes, considering financial, resource, and technological constraints, including cost estimates and business impact/risk assessments.
• Attending regular client meetings and participating in kick-off/specialty calls with new clients as required.
• Organizing internal strategy meetings to collaboratively discuss client campaign strategies.
• Serving as a creative liaison between clients and the internal team.
• Responding promptly and reliably to client communications within 2 hours.
• Clarifying and communicating project objectives and success criteria to the team.
• Reviewing team-prepared deliverables before client submission.
• Ensuring all project deliverables are complete, current, and properly stored.
• Keeping project management software and tasks up to date.
• Maintaining awareness of the current industry environment to identify opportunities for client solutions.
• Upselling accounts by recommending website design enhancements and additional online marketing strategies to current clients.
• Closing out projects and managing final payment collection.

For California, New York, Washington, and Colorado residents, the starting base pay for this position ranges between $17 - $35 per hour. Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and the seniority of the position offered. Compensation outside these states may fall outside the specified ranges.
