YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Sufficient knowledge to pass a skills test in web development or online marketing (SEO or PPC).
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, influencing, facilitation, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent command of voice, strong professional presence, and ability to communicate with authority.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills.
- Experience presenting professional materials to clients in on-camera meetings.
- Experience in project management or account management for multiple clients.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including issue resolution, risk management, detailed work plan development, resource allocation, and team meeting facilitation.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Basecamp, JIRA, Asana, Hubspot).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high organization and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of web design standards, usability, and rich media.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, and Magento (Preferred).
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS (Preferred).
- Proficiency in JavaScript & PHP (Preferred).
- Proficiency with photo and video editing software (Preferred).
- Proficiency in SEO and Google Ads (Preferred).
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
- Passion for contributing to a growing startup environment.
- Reliable remote workstation setup: fast computer, microphone, speakers, stable internet, and power.
YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:
As a Digital Producer, you will be responsible for the ongoing management of SEO and design/development client accounts, including:
- Assist in and review the development of project scopes, considering financial, resource, and technological constraints, including cost estimates, business impacts, and risks.
- Attend regular client meetings (as required) and participate in kick-off/specialty calls with new clients.
- Organize internal strategy meetings to discuss client campaign strategies.
- Act as a creative liaison between clients and the internal team.
- Respond promptly and reliably to client communications within 2 hours.
- Clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria to the team.
- Review team-prepared deliverables before client submission.
- Ensure all project deliverables are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
- Maintain up-to-date project management software and tasks.
- Maintain awareness of the current industry environment to identify opportunities for client solutions.
- Upsell accounts by recommending website design enhancements and additional online marketing strategies to current clients.
- Close out projects and facilitate final payment collection.

Compensation: Starting base pay for this Digital Producer position in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado ranges between $17 - $35 per hour. Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and position seniority. Compensation outside these states may differ.
