Your Responsibilities
Are you just finishing your studies and realize that teaching and didactics excite you more than traditional practice? Perhaps you have already given tutorials or gained initial experience in knowledge transfer. Do you have relevant professional experience in backend development and now want to pass on your knowledge and support our continuing education participants on their journey?
As a Continuing Education Assistant - Adult Education Backend Programming, you will impart practical knowledge to our participants in Educational Support and make complex concepts understandable. You will support them in learning modern technologies and help with challenges.
- Guidance and Coaching: You support our participants in Educational Support through 1:1 coaching, moderated discussions, and practical exercises – during and after the continuing education.
- Impart Expert Knowledge: You present specialized content, answer questions, and assist in analyzing case studies.
- Project Management and Consulting: You accompany internal projects and support companies and participants in applying their new knowledge in practice.
- Content Creation and Technical Editing: You develop high-quality technical articles, blog posts, and presentations to make knowledge accessible and inspiring.
- Quality Assurance and Further Development: You continuously optimize our learning materials and develop new, innovative educational formats.
What You Should Bring
- Programming: PHP, Java, or Python are more than just programming languages to you – you develop clean, scalable code that functions efficiently and sustainably.
- System Architecture: From architecture to technical implementation and performance optimization – you have a deep understanding of how systems are efficiently built and optimized.
- Databases: You are proficient in handling relational and NoSQL databases and know exactly when which technology is the best choice.
- Solution-Oriented: Thinking is in your blood – you combine logic with creativity to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.
- Knowledge Transfer: You love sharing knowledge – you can convey complex concepts understandably and inspire others to develop further.
