Remote Client Digital Support Specialist: WordPress & Digital Systems

The Storage Group, a competitive creator of websites and provider of online marketing and proprietary rental systems for the Self Storage Industry, is seeking a Full Time Client Digital Support Specialist. This remote role is ideal for an individual driven by providing an excellent customer experience and possessing strong troubleshooting skills, particularly related to website management and digital systems.

As part of the Support team, you will be the primary contact for clients and facility tenants, handling all inbound contacts (calls, emails, and tickets) and ensuring positive, successful resolutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and troubleshoot/resolve issues via telephone, email, and ticket system.
  • Collaborate efficiently with internal teams to address client concerns.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and support activities.
  • Assist tenants with user issues related to online move-in systems, including password resets and payment issues, via telephone, email, chat, or ticket system.
  • Provide technical support and resolve tickets regarding website content changes, image compression, plug-in installation, and design errors (CSS or HTML).
  • Add scripts and make updates or edits to websites using FTP access and/or ManageWP.
  • Facilitate completion of activities for our proprietary Tenant Move-In Suite, covering pricing, Esign, and autopay options.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience with the Google Workspace ecosystem.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience (Required).
  • Knowledgeable in WordPress (2 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with HTML (2 years preferred) and CSS (2 years preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Hubspot CRM or other CRM (1 year preferred).
  • Development experience with CSS, HTML, and PHP.
  • Knowledge of C-Panel or general Control Panel.
  • Website management experience is a plus.
