Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies aligned with organizational goals, emphasizing digital transformation, cloud infrastructure, and scalable system design.
- Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams, including software development, cybersecurity, data management, and system architecture professionals.
- Oversee enterprise-wide information security programs ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI, FISMA, and other security frameworks.
- Manage IT governance, risk management, disaster recovery planning, business continuity strategies, and security compliance programs to safeguard organizational assets.
- Drive innovation by integrating AI technologies like machine learning and natural language processing into business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define strategic planning initiatives for technology adoption, cloud computing (AWS, Azure), and digital initiatives that support growth.
- Oversee project management activities using methodologies such as Agile and SDLC to ensure timely delivery of complex system development projects including ERP systems, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Manage budgets for IT infrastructure upgrades, software development projects, cybersecurity measures, and technology team resources while negotiating vendor contracts for cloud services (Azure, AWS) and software tools like Microsoft Office.
Experience
- Proven experience in senior IT management roles with a focus on strategic planning and digital transformation within a large organization or enterprise environment.
- Extensive background in computer networking—including WANs—and designing secure distributed systems that support scalable growth.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex software development projects using languages such as Java, C#, PHP, Python, JavaScript (React, Angular), Node.js,.NET frameworks, and SQL databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server).
- Strong understanding of information security compliance standards including ISO 27001, NIST standards, PCI DSS requirements, FISMA regulations, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience leading technical teams through cloud infrastructure deployment on platforms like AWS and Azure while implementing DevOps practices for continuous integration/delivery.
- Skilled in business intelligence tools for data analysis and decision-making; familiar with API integrations and ERP systems management.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders; proven leadership in managing senior teams across multiple functions.
- Track record of managing budgets effectively while negotiating vendor contracts; adept at risk management and developing comprehensive disaster recovery plans.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
