Our Technology team acts as a strategic pillar to ensure robust, scalable, and secure solutions, driving the growth of Bling and its clients.
We are looking for a Technology Coordinator to lead our engineering team focused on Marketplaces, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure solutions aligned with business strategy. This role requires strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking, as well as skills to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.
You will be responsible for leading the evolution of the "heart" of Bling. We are talking about the modules that are the backbone of any commercial operation: Product, Inventory, Sales, and POS. Your mission is to lead a high-performance team in delivering solutions that not only work but scale securely to support the accelerated growth of our customers.
This opportunity is for remote work, under the CLT regime, with a 40-hour weekly schedule.

Responsibilities and duties
- Act as a mentor and facilitator, promoting the technical and behavioral development of the team, performing 1:1s and managing career plans.
- Promote a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Ensure code quality, security, and scalability, actively participating in architecture discussions and process reviews.
- Manage technological projects, applying agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Refine and optimize agile methodologies to ensure cadence, quality, and predictability in deliveries.
- Translate business objectives into technical deliveries, ensuring that the module roadmap is aligned with market needs.
- Act in financial management and technology investment planning, optimizing resources and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with information security practices, including protection against cyber threats and identity and access management.
- Act as a bridge between engineering and other areas (Product, CS, Commercial), simplifying complex topics and influencing decision-making.
- Solve complex challenges with critical thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated with technological trends such as AI, agents, and blockchain, identifying opportunities for innovation.
Requirements and qualifications
- Solid experience in leadership and management of engineering teams, preferably in SaaS environments or high-scale products.
- Advanced knowledge in systems architecture, infrastructure, development of software, and information security.
- Previous experience as a Senior/Staff developer (knowledge in PHP, Golang, Microservices, or AWS cloud will be a great differentiator).
- Ability to translate business needs into strategic technological solutions.
- Ability to understand that every line of code directly impacts the life of the entrepreneur who uses Bling.
- Ability to mediate conflicts, adapt to changes, and make decisions under pressure.
- Ability to negotiate priorities and explain the technical "why" to non-technical profiles.
- Experience with data analysis and Business Intelligence, using tools like SQL, Python, or R.
- Data-driven decision-making based on team health metrics (DORA metrics, cycle time, etc.).
- Communicative profile, with ease in articulating technical solutions for different audiences.
