We are seeking two Technology Coordinators to lead our engineering teams, focusing on Tax and Marketplaces. This role involves ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure solutions aligned with our business strategy. Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking are essential, along with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas and influence stakeholders.

You will lead the evolution of Bling's core modules: Product, Inventory, Sales, and POS. Your mission is to guide a high-performance team in delivering solutions that are not only functional but also securely scalable to support our clients' rapid growth.

This is a 100% remote opportunity, offering a 40-hour work week under the CLT regime.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and facilitate team development, conducting 1:1s and managing career plans.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
  • Ensure code quality, security, and scalability through active participation in architecture discussions and process reviews.
  • Manage technology projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Refine and optimize agile practices for consistent delivery cadence, quality, and predictability.
  • Translate business objectives into technical deliverables, aligning module roadmaps with market demands.
  • Contribute to financial management and technology investment planning, optimizing resources and infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with information security practices, including cyber threat protection and identity/access management.
  • Bridge communication between engineering and other departments (Product, CS, Commercial), simplifying complex topics and influencing decisions.
  • Solve complex challenges using critical thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay current with emerging technology trends like AI, agents, and blockchain, identifying innovation opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Solid experience in engineering leadership and team management, ideally within SaaS or high-scale product environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of system architecture, infrastructure, software development, and information security.
  • Prior experience as a Senior or Staff Developer (proficiency in PHP, Golang, Microservices, or AWS cloud is a significant advantage).
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into strategic technological solutions.
  • Understanding of the direct impact of code on the end-user experience for entrepreneurs using Bling.
  • Skilled in conflict mediation, adapting to change, and making decisions under pressure.
  • Aptitude for negotiating priorities and explaining technical rationale to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analysis and Business Intelligence, utilizing tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, leveraging team health metrics (e.g., DORA metrics, cycle time).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions to diverse audiences.
