As a Senior Developer, you will join a team of over 80 professionals, focusing on developing scalable and resilient solutions using PHP and Golang.

Responsibilities and Attributions
- Design and construct evolutionary and resilient solutions.
- Monitor and control technical debt within solutions.
- Actively participate in strategy discussions with the product/business team.
- Control platform obsolescence levels.
- Mentor team members through practices like pair programming and code reviews.
- Drive continuous evolution of technology and solutions.
- Foster a culture of code review, DevOps, and secure development.
- Participate in all phases of high-criticality system design, analyzing requirements, proposing new solutions that add value to technical and business areas, and aiming for product improvements.
- Ensure code quality and observability of business and systemic metrics.
- Establish routines for unit and automated testing of developed products.
- Provide L4 technical support.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in web software development with languages like PHP and related frameworks.
- Proficiency in code versioning via Gitlab/Github.
- Experience with good practices: SOLID, Clean Code, Design Patterns.
- Experience in relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, DocumentDB).
- Desirable experience in key-value databases, such as Redis.
- Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
- Experience in event-driven architecture, messaging, and event orientation (Kafka, AMQ, SQS, SNS, etc.).
- Knowledge of automated tests, unit tests, and secure development concepts.
- Technical English proficiency.
- Experience with monitoring and observability (APM, logs, metrics, tracing).
- Experience in microservices architecture.
- Experience with highly complex and scalable systems.
Desirable Skills and Differentiators:
- Knowledge of web software development with languages like Golang and related frameworks.
- Knowledge in agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, etc.).
- Desirable experience with InfluxDB.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Terraform.
- Experience in Cloud solutions (AWS).
- Programming highly complex systems.
- Desirable experience in other programming languages, such as: .Net, Node.js, Python, Java, etc.
- Mentoring and technical leadership (code, good practices, onboarding).
- Technical decision-making (scalability, performance, trade-offs).
