We are seeking a Technology Coordinator to lead our engineering team, focusing on ERP solutions. This role involves delivering scalable, secure solutions aligned with business strategy and requires strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking, alongside the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas and influence stakeholders.

You will be responsible for leading the evolution of Bling's core modules, which are the backbone of commercial operations: Product, Inventory, Sales, and POS. Your mission is to lead a high-performance team in delivering solutions that are not only functional but also securely scalable to support our clients' accelerated growth.

This is a remote work opportunity, under the CLT regime, with a 40-hour work week. Join us in helping businesses manage their operations simply and intelligently through technology!

Responsibilities and Attributions

  • Act as a mentor and facilitator, fostering the technical and behavioral development of the team through 1:1s and career plan management.
  • Promote a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Ensure code quality, security, and scalability by actively participating in architecture discussions and process reviews.
  • Manage technology projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Refine and optimize Agile methodologies to ensure consistent cadence, quality, and predictability in deliveries.
  • Translate business objectives into technical deliverables, ensuring the module roadmap aligns with market needs.
  • Engage in financial management and planning of technology investments, optimizing resources and infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with information security practices, including protection against cyber threats and identity and access management.
  • Bridge communication between engineering and other departments (Product, CS, Commercial), simplifying complex technical topics and influencing decision-making.
  • Solve complex challenges with critical thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay updated with technological trends such as AI, agents, and blockchain, identifying innovation opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Solid experience in leadership and management of engineering teams, preferably in SaaS environments or high-scale products.
  • Advanced knowledge in system architecture, infrastructure, software development, and information security.
  • Previous experience as a Senior/Staff developer (knowledge in PHP, Golang, Microservices, or AWS cloud is a significant advantage).
  • Ability to translate business needs into strategic technological solutions.
  • Understanding that every line of code directly impacts the entrepreneur using Bling.
  • Ability to mediate conflicts, adapt to changes, and make decisions under pressure.
  • Skill in negotiating priorities and explaining technical rationale to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analysis and Business Intelligence, utilizing tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Data-driven decision-making based on team health metrics (DORA metrics, cycle time, etc.).
  • Communicative profile, with ease in articulating technical solutions to diverse audiences.
