As a Backend Development Specialist, we expect solid experience in distributed systems architecture and microservices. Our primary daily stack is Golang; therefore, we are looking for someone who masters backend fundamentals and is ready to apply this knowledge to our stack (we do not require prior Go experience, but rather a willingness to master it).
This is a remote opportunity, under a CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho) contract, with a 40-hour work week.

Responsibilities and Attributions
- Leading the definition and evolution of Bling's distributed architecture, focusing on scalability, reliability, and simplicity.
- Designing and validating technical solutions, ensuring alignment between business, performance, and software sustainability.
- Acting as a technical mentor, disseminating knowledge and supporting the growth of software developers and engineers.
- Conducting code reviews, design reviews, and tech deep dives with a focus on quality, performance, and security.
- Supporting the implementation of best practices in observability, automated testing, and DevSecOps.
- Collaborating with engineering leaders to align technical strategy and innovation roadmap.
- Being an active voice in architecture forums, contributing to the company's long-term technical vision.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Advanced experience in backend development (regardless of the source language: PHP, Java, C#, Go, Python, etc.).
- Deep proficiency in Microservices Architecture and high-availability systems.
- Practical experience with messaging and events (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases in high-volume scenarios.
- Mindset focused on Scalability and Resilience (Design Patterns, SOLID, DDD).
- Openness and ease to work with Golang (it will be your primary tool).
What will make you stand out:
- Previous experience with Golang in production.
- History of migrating monoliths to microservices.
- Knowledge of Chaos Engineering or FinOps (cloud cost optimization).
