Back End Developer (Microservices Architecture) | Senior

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a senior backend developer to build and evolve scalable solutions with a focus on microservices architecture, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability. We are looking for a proactive individual with an architectural vision, collaborative skills, and a commitment to high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop, maintain, and evolve backend services using NestJS.
• Structure and apply microservices architecture principles.
• Ensure solution performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and QA teams.
• Apply software engineering best practices, including automated testing and code reviews.
• Monitor integration with external services, queues, and data pipelines.
• Collaborate on the technical definition of new solutions and improvements.

Required Skills

• Solid experience with NestJS and Node.js.
• Proven experience with microservices architecture.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with RabbitMQ or other message brokers.
• Proficiency with Git, Docker, and automated testing.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

Standout Skills

• Knowledge or experience with PHP (especially in legacy systems or integrations) and Python.
• Familiarity with frameworks like Adianti or Mad Builder.
• Knowledge of Redis and MongoDB.
• Experience with AWS and services such as ECS, SQS, Lambda.
• Experience with fintech, financial institutions, or large-scale automation solutions.
