Configr is looking for a Technical Support and Service Analyst to analyze support tickets, identify issues, and resolve them based on classification. This may involve assisting clients, resolving issues independently, or escalating to the appropriate team.

- DNS, CDN, and general Cache concepts
- PostgreSQL
- MongoDB
- System log analysis and interpretation
- Proficiency in at least one programming language
