AI Solutions Engineer

Endo Health is a digital health startup that is rethinking women's health. We develop digital health applications (DiGAs) for conditions where women have received too little support for too long - from endometriosis to PMS to menopause. Evidence-based, by prescription, and truly effective.

To advance this mission and accelerate our internal teams with AI, we are looking for a creative AI Solutions Engineer with a hacker mentality.

Tasks

You are the go-to person and our creative hacker for AI at Endo Health! You approach teams, understand their workflows and tasks, and develop concrete AI solutions for them: automations, smart tools, and agents that take over real work. So that our departments have more time for what really matters: our patients.

Your specific tasks:

• Understand needs and develop AI solutions: You actively approach our teams, understand their workflows and needs, and translate them into concrete AI solutions. From small automations to agent-based workflows.
• Scout and evaluate the AI market for us: You follow trends for new models, tools, and frameworks across all areas: text, code, audio, image, video. You experiment and evaluate what is truly useful for which department. Technically, economically, and in the context of our regulated environment.
• Develop and deploy: You independently build small web apps and agents or create skills/plugins for Claude, ChatGPT & Co.
• Build AI infrastructure: You build our internal AI infrastructure: skill and prompt repository, MCP server, connections to internal tools and databases.
• Empower teams: You help our teams work more independently with AI - through short workshops, direct daily support, and building real internal know-how.

Qualifications

What you should bring:

• Practical experience with LLMs and Generative AI: You are familiar with Prompt Engineering, Agentic Workflows, MCP, RAG Pipelines, and Tool Orchestration. You use GenAI models or agents yourself for your daily tasks.
• Solid programming skills: You develop confidently in at least one programming language such as TypeScript, Python, or PHP - you use common frameworks and can build and deploy services, APIs, and internal tools yourself.
• No-Code/Low-Code Automation: You know platforms like n8n, Make, or Lovable/Replit and know when such a tool leads to the goal faster than a self-written script.
• High service orientation and initiative: You don't wait for requests, you actively approach teams and see yourself as an internal enabler.
• Focus on speed and iteration: You listen, think along, and prefer to launch a first working solution directly rather than the technically perfect one later.
• Confident handling of APIs: REST, JSON, Auth concepts (API Keys, OAuth) - you know how to securely connect external services and internal systems.
• Initial experience with AI frameworks: Ideally, you also have initial experience with AI frameworks such as Vercel AI SDK, Mastra, LangChain, or comparable.

We want to see how you combine AI, APIs, and imagination - and how you design the whole thing so that not 10 random images are created, but 10 coherent ones.

Upload the code, the result - and a short description of how your workflow works simply as an attachment to the cover letter.
