As an AI Automation Engineer / Specialist in AI Automation, you are the driving force behind the development and rapid implementation of innovative AI-based automation solutions. You build functional prototypes, connect cutting-edge AI models with operational workflows, and drive digital transformation through pragmatic, intelligent systems. You do not need to be a native software developer—what counts for us is your doer mentality, your curiosity for new AI tools, and your ability to smartly integrate systems.
Responsibilities
- Workflow Automation: Conception, creation, and maintenance of automated processes using low-code/no-code platforms such as n8n or Make.
- AI & Agentic Coding: Development and testing of intelligent AI agents (agentic workflows) that independently analyze tasks, generate code, or execute complex workflows.
- Generative AI Prototyping: Experimenting with and implementing generative AI tools (e.g., ComfyUI for image/video generation, LLMs for text processing) to optimize media and data workflows.
- Interface Integration: Connecting various tools, databases, and web services via APIs and webhooks within automation pipelines.
- Agile Testing & Evaluation: Rapid prototyping, testing, and discarding of prototypes to quickly validate the feasibility and business value of new AI technologies.
- Knowledge Hub: Documenting functional workflows and supporting the team with internal adoption and use of AI tools.
Qualifications
- Automation Enthusiast: Proven hands-on experience with workflow platforms such as n8n or Make (scenario design, error handling, API integration).
- Practical AI Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with Generative AI, having tested and productively utilized tools such as ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, or ChatGPT/Claude APIs.
- Basic Technical Understanding: While not a full-time programmer, you have a solid understanding of standard languages like Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or PHP, can read and adapt code snippets, and understand modern web architectures.
- Experience with Agentic Coding: Experience experimenting with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex) or building AI agents to solve structured tasks.
- Doer Mentality: Strong hands-on approach, fast comprehension of new tools (rapid prototyping), and strong analytical thinking skills.
- Curiosity: A deep passion for rapid developments in Artificial Intelligence and motivation to learn and explore new open-source tools or frameworks daily.

Salary: €60,000.00 - €90,000.00 per year
