About The Job: AI & Automation Engineer
We're growing fast and seeking an AI & Automation Engineer to transform our internal operations. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, building, and optimizing automation workflows, integrations, and AI-powered tools to ensure faster, smarter, and more reliable operations. You will thrive if you enjoy solving complex problems, connecting systems, and creating scalable solutions across various teams and processes.
What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities
- Automation & Integrations: Build, optimize, and maintain workflows using n8n and Make.com, integrating key systems like HubSpot, WordPress, Power BI, Jibble, and PostgreSQL.
- HubSpot Workflows: Manage workflows, maintain properties, ensure data hygiene, handle automated triggers, and connect HubSpot with internal and external tools via APIs or automation platforms.
- Data Work & Analytics: Query PostgreSQL using DBeaver, build and manage data pipelines in Microsoft Azure & Fabric, and utilize Power BI for data transformation, reporting, and visualizations.
- Web & Scripting: Maintain and customize WordPress, handle front-end (HTML, CSS, JS) and back-end (PHP) adjustments, and build Python microservices (FastAPI, automation, data processing).
- AI Integrations: Build intelligent tools and microservices utilizing OpenAI/LLM APIs, implementing AI automations such as summarization, classification, and internal assistants.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong Python skills for automation, API development, and data handling.
- Experience with n8n/Make.com or the ability to rapidly learn new automation tools.
- Familiarity with HubSpot workflows, Power BI, and Azure/Fabric.
- Solid SQL skills (DBeaver) and comprehensive front-end/back-end WordPress knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, ACF, hooks).
- Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, FastAPI/Flask, or CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) is a plus.
- Analytical, adaptable, and proactive mindset, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Clear communicator, highly organized, and experienced collaborating effectively in remote teams.
