We are looking for immediate support for the maintenance, optimization, and further development of our API interfaces as well as the connection of our ERP and ticket systems.
Your Tasks:
- Manage interfaces: You develop, monitor, and optimize our modern API interfaces (REST/SOAP).
- Connect systems: You ensure smooth data exchange between our ERP system and the IT ticket system.
- Automate processes: You identify media disruptions and automate recurring workflows.
- Analyze errors: You handle troubleshooting for interface issues and document the solutions.
What You Bring:
- Studies: Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar (preferably during lecture-free periods, semester of leave, or at the end of studies due to the number of hours).
- API Knowledge: Initial practical experience with APIs (e.g., REST, JSON, XML) and web services.
- Programming Skills: Solid knowledge of at least one common scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PHP, or C#).
- System Understanding: Initial experience with ERP and ticket systems is an advantage.
- Self-organization: Reliable and structured way of working in a remote setup.
