Who We Are Looking For
We are expanding our portfolio and strengthening our development and technical support teams. We are immediately seeking Working Students to provide customer support. You are an ideal candidate if you:
- Seek practical experience in software development and technical support: Whether you are studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, or simply passionate about software development, you will gain valuable experience in technical support and client interaction. Depending on your programming skills, you will also contribute to development team sprints.
- Are interested in deepening technical understanding and problem-solving skills: Your analytical mindset and enjoyment of solution-finding will be key. You are eager to enhance your abilities and grow through technical challenges.
- Enjoy being a primary contact for technical questions: Empathy is crucial as you will understand user perspectives and troubleshoot issues. Your quick and friendly assistance will guide users effectively.
- Want to gain real-world remote team experience: You are adept at digital data preparation and documentation. You will learn to thrive in a remote work environment, contribute to decentralized development processes, and efficiently integrate customer support requirements into development.

Your Responsibilities
- Process and resolve user inquiries in 1st Level Technical Support.
- Prepare and support 3rd Level Support for complex issues.
- Collaborate with other working students and independently schedule assignments.
- Provide regular reports on significant support inquiries to drive continuous product improvement.
- If you possess relevant prior knowledge or interest, support the development team in areas such as:
- Quality Assurance and Automated Testing
- App Development (iOS, Android, Hybrid Apps)
- AI or Machine Learning
What You Should Bring
- High proficiency in media handling: Efficient use of copy & paste, replace functions, and screenshot creation.
- Ideally, you are currently pursuing a degree in Software Development or Business Informatics to take on advanced technical tasks, with experience in:
- Web technologies (CSS, HTML, JavaScript, PHP)
- Python, Langchain, Open-source LLMs, or OpenAI API
- Open and friendly communication.
- Eagerness to explore product technical functionalities and learn about AI.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- Meticulous and transparent work ethic.
- Strong self-organization and collaboration skills.
- Open mindset and empathy for users.
