4 Level Coach helps custom home builders and remodelers master the business side of building through coaching, consulting, systems, and done-for-you execution. The company works with builders who want stronger marketing, better systems, clearer numbers, and more control over their business. Every website project is backed by strategy, research, and clear direction so the developer can focus on building high-performing sites.

The WordPress No-Code Developer will build high-performing WordPress websites for contractors, home builders, remodelers, and trade businesses. This is a hands-on production role focused on assembling, configuring, and optimizing a best-in-class no-code WordPress stack. Every site comes with a complete blueprint, including buyer personas, SEO gap analysis, competitive intelligence, and page-by-page content briefs, so this person can focus on delivering fast, SEO-ready websites that convert visitors into qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Build WordPress sites in Elementor Pro using agency-produced blueprints and Figma design files.
• Construct dynamic content systems using Crocoblock and JetPlugins, especially JetEngine, JetSmartFilters, and JetElements.
• Manage custom CSS, JavaScript, and PHP cleanly using Code Snippets or WPCode.
• Implement on-page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, schema markup, internal linking, and alt text.
• Build and validate schema such as LocalBusiness, FAQPage, Service, Article, and Review.
• Integrate forms with HubSpot and GoHighLevel, including webhooks, custom fields, lifecycle stages, and workflow triggers.
• Configure GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking.
• Work toward strong Core Web Vitals performance, including LCP, INP, and CLS targets.
• Run pre-launch QA, launch sites, and support post-launch improvements.
• Stay current on WordPress, Elementor, Crocoblock, no-code tools, and AI-assisted design and development workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building production WordPress sites.
• Expert-level Elementor Pro experience, including theme builder, kits, dynamic tags, and conditional display.
• Strong working knowledge of Crocoblock and JetPlugins, especially JetEngine, JetSmartFilters, and JetElements.
• Experience using Code Snippets or WPCode for custom CSS, JavaScript, and PHP additions.
• Figma proficiency and the ability to translate design files into accurate Elementor builds.
• Strong web design fundamentals, including visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and color.
• Hands-on experience with both HubSpot and GoHighLevel integrations.
• Solid SEO implementation experience using tools such as Yoast, Rank Math, or AIOSEO.
• Experience with schema markup, GA4, GTM, Search Console, and conversion tracking.
• Core Web Vitals diagnosis and remediation experience.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, professional builds.
• Experience with home builders, remodelers, contractors, or trade-service clients is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
• 3 weeks paid vacation, 5 sick days, and your birthday off.
• Fully remote (occasional travel for training or meetings).
• Occasional after-hours meetings as needed.
