Key Responsibilities
- Address bugs and optimize performance for our booking module: https://un-ruly.com/getstyled/book/ (utilizing the Bookly plugin).
- Troubleshoot and fix WooCommerce and Klarna-related issues.
- Provide consistent monthly website maintenance.
Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- At least 5 years of experience with WordPress and its core framework.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and fluent in PHP.
- Well-versed in WooCommerce.
- Ideally, experience with the Bookly plugin: https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com.
- Experience building or customizing WordPress plugins.
- Ability to clean up and maintain databases.
- Expertise in optimizing site speed.
- Familiarity with staging environments, version control, and release management processes.
- Capable of securing WordPress sites, with knowledge of WordFence.
- Perform regular backups, database cleanups, and plugin updates.
Additional Qualifications
The ideal candidate is organized, possesses strong communication skills, and can manage projects within budget, or proactively communicate potential budget overruns. We seek a developer who can dedicate sufficient time to our needs.
