Job Summary: Mid-Level WordPress Developer
We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level WordPress Developer to join our team. This role requires a minimum qualification of a Degree and 4 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and build specialized WordPress components to fulfill specific client requests.
- Ensure robust website stability and protection by regularly updating WordPress core, themes, and add-ons.
- Optimize site performance by implementing caching, image compression, and other web performance best practices.
- Identify and resolve issues affecting website functionality, user experience (UX), and server performance.
- Optimize website content and structure utilizing on-page SEO best practices.
- Develop intuitive User Interface (UI) elements to encourage seamless user interaction.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure website features and performance align with business goals.
- Apply stringent security protocols to safeguard websites against threats and vulnerabilities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in core web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, and PHP.
- Extensive experience with WordPress, encompassing theme development, plugin management, and administrative interface operations.
- Proven experience demonstrated through past projects and open-source contributions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet strict deadlines.
- Commitment to staying current with the latest WordPress updates, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
