You will join a highly technical squad focused on developing and evolving a proprietary WordPress framework product. This solution is designed to maximize client audience reach, site speed, and digital revenue.

What You Will Do Day-to-Day

• Join the development squad to create, implement, and test new features for our proprietary WordPress Framework product.
• Work extensively with WordPress themes, plugins, standardized architecture, and high-performance environments.
• Assist in migrating legacy projects into our modern ecosystem.
• Develop efficient, scalable functionalities optimized for handling large data volumes.
• Drive continuous product improvement by proposing technical solutions that accelerate client growth.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to high code quality standards and best practices.
• Follow Scrum-based processes, emphasizing organization, collaboration, and autonomy.

Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)

• Solid experience with object-oriented PHP.
• Advanced WordPress expertise (themes, plugins, hooks, filters).
• Proficiency with PHP Composer.
• Experience creating Gutenberg blocks.
• Ability to perform complete WordPress installations (DB, domain, infrastructure).
• Experience with site/system migration (WordPress to WordPress or other technologies).
• Skill in setting up local development environments (localhost) for PHP.
• API integration experience.
• Proficiency using GIT + Gitflow.
• Strong programming logic and mathematical foundation.
• Commitment to documentation (readme.md, comments, function documentation).
• Experience with code review and quality standards.
• Knowledge of Javascript.
