We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, with expertise in WordPress and a variety of programming languages and frameworks. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining websites and web applications, ensuring they are user-friendly, responsive, and optimised for performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring high-performance and availability.
• Implement responsive web design principles to ensure compatibility across devices.
• Write clean, maintainable code using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance website functionality.
• Conduct unit testing to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website performance and functionality.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in WordPress development and customisation.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including jQuery).
• Experience with back-end technologies: PHP, MySQL.
• Knowledge of web services (REST) and APIs integration.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices to optimise website visibility.
