Position Overview
We are hiring a WordPress developer who understands that a website is a revenue-generating asset, not just a design project. This role goes beyond development. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and continuously improving websites that drive inbound leads, increase rankings, and convert traffic into real business opportunities. If your experience is limited to installing themes, managing plugins, or basic builds, this role is not a fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, customize, and maintain high-performance WordPress websites.
- Optimize site speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall technical performance.
- Develop landing pages focused on conversion, not just design.
- Execute technical SEO improvements in collaboration with marketing.
- Implement structured data and advanced on-page SEO elements.
- Improve site architecture to support keyword dominance and scalability.
- Integrate CRM systems, chat tools, and analytics platforms.
- Identify and resolve technical issues impacting rankings or performance.
- Ensure security, uptime, and long-term site stability.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional WordPress development experience.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Deep understanding of WordPress architecture (themes, plugins, custom development).
- Proven experience improving site speed and Core Web Vitals.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and on-page optimization.
- Experience with page builders (Elementor preferred).
- Ability to diagnose indexing, crawling, and ranking issues.
- Familiarity with hosting environments, DNS, and site migrations.

Pay:
$95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
